近期是中加枫华国际学校小学部的科学周，枫华在科学周期间开展了一系列的活动。
The theme of this week is the Science Week in Sino-Canada Elementary
School, we expanded a series of activities during this time.
首先，班主任和体育老师带着孩子们去实验田感受农耕的快乐与辛苦，体会亲手种下种子，每天浇水，最终收获果实。种子都是孩子们从家里带来的，有蔬菜，有花。孩子们流着汗却不嫌脏不嫌累的翻松土壤、挖坑、撒种子、埋土、浇水。可以看出他们对劳动的满分热情，以及对收获的期待。
First of all, our children experienced farming in the experimental field
with their home teachers and PE teachers.They planted the seeds,watering
everyday and obtained the harvest. There are vegetables and flowers which
brought from their homes.While the kids are sweating,doing the dirty work ,but
they insist on ripping,digging,seeding and watering.So we can find the
enthusiasm that they have and look forward to the harvest.
接下来还有科学老师带领大家探索校园的活动———寻找校园中的各类植物。孩子们对探索校园这个活动都很感兴趣，纷纷围在讲解的科学老师周围，问着各式各样的问题。
The next is the exploration with science teachers----Looking for allkinds
of plants in the campus. Our children are all very interested in this subject,so
they surrounded the science teacher and asked a lot of questions.

科学老师经过多次考察设计出了一条路线，沿路可以看到各式各样的植被，长在水里的，长在草地里的，种在花盆里的……孩子们走了一路，学了一路。这种寓教于乐的教学方法对孩子们来说果然都非常受用，一趟走下来，记住了不少知识。
The science teacher produced a route after several visits.There are a wide
variety of plants that growth in the water,grass and pots...This entertaining
teaching methods is very useful for children,and in this way ,our students can
learn a lot of knowledge.

让孩子们感到新鲜的还有在大自然中上课。六一班的同学们就在湖边上了一节名为“我”的主题班会课，班主任杨老师说：达到了从来都没有过的课堂效果。
Here,the class in nature also let the students feel fresh.Onthe lake, class
1 grade 6 students had a meeting called “I”.Their home teacher Miss Yang said:
Never had reached this classroom results.
看来，小学部以后还得多多开展这类亲近大自然的活动呀!
Finally, we should expand more of this natural activities in the
future!
